Weddings · Tampa Bay & Chicago

Your morning should feel
handled.

Decision fatigue is real. By the time most brides reach us, they have been asked to choose between packages, add-ons, and tiers by every vendor they have spoken to. We do it differently: one rate, everything included, a written timeline, and a team that has done this since 2006 in two markets.

No hidden fees · No day-of surprises · Contract and itemized invoice on every booking

Everything, in one number.

Choose the experience you want and it is complete as written. The coordination, the timeline, the calm in the room and the hospitality are already inside every number below. Nothing is added at the bottom of your invoice and there is no better version waiting behind an upgrade.

Questions Brides Actually Ask

Straight answers.

Is airbrush an upgrade? Does it cost more?

No, and it never will. Airbrush is a tool, not a tier. We use a hybrid approach on every face because the formula that photographs beautifully on one person can look heavy and dry on another. Your artist chooses the right product for your skin, your climate, and your camera. If you have had airbrush before and hated it, you did not have the wrong technique — you had the wrong formula for your skin.

What is the difference between a trial and a preview?

A preview is what most brides book, and it is booked together with your date once your contract is signed — $225. A trial is the same session run before you have booked anything, for brides who want to meet the work first — $350. We are honest that a trial is really an audition, and after twenty years we can execute any look you bring us and adjust it in the chair. Both are held in our studio or at a location you choose, and both produce a written look plan your artist follows on the wedding day.

Will my makeup survive Florida humidity?

That is the whole point of the way we work. Skin prep is built around your environment before a single product goes on, and we plan for the specific conditions of your venue — an outdoor Gulf ceremony in July is a different job than a January ballroom in Chicago. Whether your wedding is on a beach, in a blizzard, or in the middle of a sandstorm, the work is engineered to hold.

What exactly is the Production Experience?

It is the difference between hiring artists and hiring a beauty department. After everyone is out of the chair, an artist stays with you on site for up to four hours: shine and sweat control, lip touch-ups between courses, tear mitigation, hair placement and weather control, and facial expression checks before key photos. We also capture behind-the-scenes photo and video. Support extends to every guest on your booking, not just you.

Are there hidden fees, service charges, or travel costs?

No. Coordination and hospitality are already built into every rate on this page, which is why the number you see is the number you plan around. The only separately stated line is on-location in-room service at $150 per artist, because it scales with the size of your team. Every booking is confirmed with a signed contract and an itemized invoice before anything is due.

How far in advance should we book, and how do we hold the date?

Peak Saturdays in both markets are typically claimed nine to twelve months out. Dates are held with a signed contract and a retainer, not with a verbal hold or an email. Payment plans are available, including 0% financing through Klarna and Afterpay with approval.

Our party is large. Can you actually handle it on time?

Yes, and it is the reason our pricing looks the way it does. We staff to headcount rather than to budget, and we write a per-person timeline backward from your first look before the day. That schedule is shared with your planner and your photographer so nobody is guessing. A cheaper quote usually means one artist, one chair, and a party of nine running ninety minutes behind.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

We do. Tampa Bay and Chicago are our staffed home markets, and we travel for destination work from both. Travel is quoted transparently as part of your proposal rather than appearing as a surprise line later.
