Photoshoots & Branding
A personal brand session, a team headshot day, a boutique agency rebrand, or a quarterly content shoot. Hair and makeup built for the lens rather than for the room — with a schedule that gets everybody through and still looking like themselves.
Who This Is For
The scope changes but the standard does not: prep for camera, continuity across the day, and a written rotation so nobody is sitting around.
How It Works
A rebrand, a website refresh, a launch, a pitch deck. The purpose sets the look.
Recommended artist count, a rotation, and a real number — within one business day.
References, wardrobe notes, and skin and hair prep planned for your lighting.
First looks, continuity between sitters, touch-ups through wrap, clean load-out.
For Repeat Buyers
Producers, creative directors and agencies who use us more than once can prepay a block of four, six or twelve day rates — or half day rates — and hold a preferred rate across the whole block. Priority on the calendar, one contract, one PO, and no re-quoting every time a project lands.
Questions Before a Shoot
No. A single-person branding day is one of the most common bookings we take, and it is often the highest-leverage money a founder or coach spends all year. You get hair and makeup built for camera rather than for a room, plus wardrobe and look changes planned so the images do not all look like the same five minutes.
Yes, and this is where we are genuinely different from a single freelancer. A boutique office, agency or small team can be run through in a day with a proper rotation — one artist per three to four people, a written schedule, and touch-ups between sitters so face twenty looks like face one. We have done 300-person corporate floors; a 15-person agency is a comfortable day.
We can. If you already have one, we work to their direction and their lighting. If you do not, we will refer someone we have actually worked with, or produce the whole shoot — photographer, beauty, wardrobe support, shot list and location — as a single scope.
For an individual, three to five distinct looks in a full day is realistic once you factor in wardrobe and hair changes. For a team, plan on one polished look per person unless you are building a campaign. We will map it out before you book so nobody is discovering the constraint on the day.
Cameras read texture, shine and colour temperature very differently from the human eye. Skin prep, product density, powder placement and how we handle under-eye all change. Event makeup shot on a modern camera at close range usually reads heavy. That is the difference you are buying.
Regularly. Quarterly content days are how most brands keep their imagery current without a single enormous shoot per year. If you expect more than a couple of days a year, the preferred rate contract is almost always the cheaper route.
Plan the Shoot
What it is for, roughly how many people, and whether you already have a photographer. You will get recommended staffing, a suggested schedule and a real number within one business day.
