The Upgrade Worth Asking For
This is the single most useful thing on this page, so we are going to be direct about it.
Someone books us for a headshot before a work event. We ask one question: could your company approve a day rate so the whole team gets this?
Often the answer is yes. Not because it is a beauty budget line — because it is a team perk that costs less per person than the catering. We come on site, set up in a conference room, and everybody rotates through on the clock.
The person who asked becomes the one who found it. Everybody gets a little pampering in the middle of a work day. And you stop paying for it yourself.
Tick the box on the form and we will send you a one-page proposal you can forward to your manager or HR. No pressure either way — if it is a no, we still take care of you.

Questions Guests Ask
Yes. A single guest at a wedding, one person before a gala, one headshot session — that is a normal booking for us and it is quoted the same careful way a full party is. There is a travel and setup minimum because we bring the full production kit, lighting and chair to you rather than working out of a tote bag, but you are not required to bring a group.
Very often, yes, and it is worth asking. If you are getting ready for a work event, a conference, a headshot day or a company party, we can send you a one-page proposal you can forward to your manager or HR. Companies approve it far more than people expect because it reads as a team perk, not a personal expense. If it is approved, we come on site and take care of everyone — which makes you the person who found us.
We build the timeline backward from the moment you need to walk out the door, then add a buffer. For one person that is usually 60 to 90 minutes on site. For a group we stagger start times so nobody is finished three hours early and nobody is rushed at the end.
That is most of what we do. Hotel rooms, houses, offices, studios, green rooms, and the occasional parking lot when the schedule demands it. We bring professional lighting and a director's chair because bathroom light has ruined more looks than bad product ever has.
Bring photos of yourself you actually like, not just photos of other people. We will ask about your skin, your hair texture, how long the day is, and whether there are cameras. Then we will make a recommendation and show you before we commit to it.
Two to three weeks is comfortable. Gala season, holiday party season and graduation weekends fill faster than people expect. Short notice is always worth a phone call — the bench is deep enough that we clear a lot of same-week requests.
